What Is EV Radius?

The EV Radius Score™ measures the accessibility of public electric vehicle charging stations around a home or community. It uses verified data from the U.S. Department of Energy’s Alternative Fuels Data Center (AFDC) to calculate how many chargers — and which types — are within a 10-mile radius.

The EV Radius Score™ helps visualize a home’s access to public EV charging infrastructure.

 

While charging access may be an appealing feature to many buyers, the Score does not predict market value or guarantee any financial outcome.
